I had a couple domains I bought at bottom prices:
- NamesMonster.com
- AdsBlocker.com
I placed mini sites (2/3 pages) on both of them, to see if I could improve ranking, and expecting to create an aura, advertised them for a month on Ebay for $60 so the day I lower the price some interested buyer would show.
It is true I sold them, but a loss, after renewal fees. Not only that, I invested a lot of time an work, creating banners, Ebay fees and entries. I even posted links on some good PR sites I have but did not improve anything.
What could possibly gone wrong…?
